This is an optical insitu instrument wich can measure the optical thickness in thin film vacuum processes. The witness plate can rotate and up to four different surfaces can be used. It withstand appr 400 deg C process temperature.
This is an optical integrating rod holder prototype. An important optical component in digital projection systems. It was made for the evaluation of a plastic (PMMA) integrating rod.
