2000 this was the peak year. Lars Elinge was CEO for  Beacon with a revenue of appr 13.3 MSEK and so far and best profit ever.

Employment at the Institute of optical research (IOF)  in1991-1992. In 1999 IOF was transformed into Acreo together with IMC.
Under the management of Lars Mattsson, work was done with ion beam assisted deposition (IBAD)  hard quarts coatings and diamond like carbo films were produced.

Construction of  a UHV system  The goal of this ultra high vacuum system was molecular electronics made by molecular beam epitaxy. Some organic films were made, and the system reach ultra high vacuum several times.

Aspheric corrected  LED  a method to increase the efficency in a LED light source.

Maskless lithograpy  pattern formation on photoresist without the use chrome masks. Medium resolution of 5um.

Pulslaser holography
